Contractor Gate (also known as ConstructionGate) is a marketplace that connects clients with professional service providers in the construction industry. By accessing or using the app or website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
There are two primary roles on the platform: Client (who posts projects and pays for services) and Service Provider (who submits proposals and completes work).
Clients must provide accurate information about the project scope, timelines, and budget. Contractor Gate reserves the right to remove content that is misleading, inappropriate, or violates these terms.
Service providers submit proposals containing scope, price, and timeline. Once a client accepts a proposal, a contract is formed between the parties. Contractor Gate is not a party to this contract.
Payments are processed in-app. Platform fees may apply and will be disclosed during checkout. Funds may be held until milestones are completed or the project is marked as completed by the client.
In the event of a dispute, both parties should attempt to resolve the matter in good faith. Contractor Gate may provide basic mediation features but does not guarantee outcomes and is not liable for losses.
You agree not to misuse the platform, including posting illegal content, engaging in fraud, or violating intellectual property rights. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations.
All trademarks, logos, UI elements, and platform content are the property of Contractor Gate or its licensors. User-generated content remains owned by the user but grants Contractor Gate a limited license to display it in the app.
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to such processing.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable laws. You may stop using the service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
